Let x and y are complementary angles.

It means x+y=90.

And X=3y-2 given putting in above eq we get

3y-2+y=90

4y-2=90

4y=92

Y=23

X=90–23=67.

Answer:

2°less then price of its complementary angle.

According to formula of complementary angle=90-x

Step-by-step explanation:

2°less of angle | thrice of complementary angle

Equation=x-2=3(90-x)

= x-2=270-3

=2-270=3x+x

=4x=268

=x=268/4

=67°
