Complementary Angles = sum equals 90°

now, let the measure of an angle be x

and measure of it's complement will be 2x+6

since , the angles r complementary,

x + 2x + 6 = 90°

3x + 6 = 90

3x = 90 - 6

3x = 84

x = 84/3

x = 28

thus, one angle is 28° and it's complement is 28×2+6 = 62°
