if its an issoceles triangle so,
7x+4x+4x=54cm
15x=54cm
x=54/15
x=3.6cm
sides are:
7x3.6cm=25.2cm
both sides each= 14.4cm

let the ratio is 7x and 4x 

then equal sides are 7x each and base =4x

perimeter= sum of all sides 

here,54=7x+7x+4x

54=18x

54/18 =x

3=x

then sides are 7(3) =21cm
and 7(3)=21cm

and the base is 4(3)=12cm
