Area of an equilateral ∆ = √3 cm²
√3a² / 4 = √3
a² = 4√3 / √3
a² = 4
a = √4
a = 2 cm

Thus, the measure of each side of an equilateral triangle whose area is root 3 cm square is 2 cm.

So, answer is B... 2 cm.

Area of equilateral triangle = √3 cm²

 \mathbf{we \:  \: know \:  \:  \:  \: area \: of \: equilateral \: triangle \:  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times side}

Hence,

 \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times  {side}^{2}  =  \sqrt{3}  \\  \\  =  >  {side }^{2}  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3}  \times 4}{ \sqrt{3} }  \\  \\  =>  {side}^{2} =  4

=> side² = 2²

=> side = 2 cm
