opposite angles are equal in a parallelogram

so if angle a is 80 angle c is also 80

angle c+angleb=180 (adjacent angles are supplementary)

angleclb+80=180

angle b=180-80

angle b=100

angleb=angled=100 (opposite angles)

Correct Question:-

the measure of one angle of a parrellogram is 80°. what are the measures of the remaining angles

Explanation:-

See in the parrellogram Opposite sides are equal and also opposite angles are Parallel.

So , it's clarify that two angles on the same side is supplementary.

As , given in the question that we have to find the Remaining angles and one angle is 80° .

So, the angle opposite to 80° will be also 80° only.

And the Remaining two angles will be

= 2x + 2 (80°) = 360 ° .

2x = 360° - 160°

so,

x = 200 ° ÷ 2 = 100°
