I think they're asking you for the slope of the line as the tangent of the angle between a line and the x-axis is the slope. Use the formula y2-y1/x2-x1=tan& where (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) are the respective points

RawRaw: sorry , this is the data of another question , wait
RawRaw: i think the rule is ( |m1-m2| / |1+m1m2| ) so I can get only on m (slope)
Tommy90711: first we have to find the slope of that line
Tommy90711: and then equate to tan£
RawRaw: yeah
Tommy90711: they're asking for £
RawRaw: slope equal tan theta
Tommy90711: exactly
RawRaw: ahaa , so wait !
RawRaw: so the slope=1. tan£=1 so theta=45°. so no need for another slope, ha !

The slope of the line as the tangent of the angle between a line and the x-axis is the slope. Use the formula y2-y1/x2-x1=tan& where (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) are the respective points

So they are asking

slope equal tan theta

Thus,

So the slope =1. tan£=1 so theta=45°

So no need for another slope.
