As we know that Sum of all four angles of a quadrilateral is 360° . So ,

$\longmapsto\tt{60^{\circ}+70^{\circ}+100^{\circ}+x=360^{\circ}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{230^{\circ}+x=360^{\circ}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{x=360^{\circ}-230^{\circ}}$

$\longmapsto\tt\bf{x=130}$

So , The Measure of fourth angle is 130° ..
