Correct Question :

The measure of three angles of a quadrilatetal is 60 degree , 70 degree and 100 degree . Find out the measurement of fourth angle .

Given :

  • Three angles of a quadrilateral is 60° , 70° and 100° .

To Find :

  • Measure of fourth angle .

Solution :

\longmapsto\tt{Let\:fourth\:angle\:be=x}

As we know that Sum of all four angles of a quadrilateral is 360° . So ,

\longmapsto\tt{60^{\circ}+70^{\circ}+100^{\circ}+x=360^{\circ}}

\longmapsto\tt{230^{\circ}+x=360^{\circ}}

\longmapsto\tt{x=360^{\circ}-230^{\circ}}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{x=130}

So , The Measure of fourth angle is 130° ..

VERIFICATION :

\longmapsto\tt{60^{\circ}+70^{\circ}+100^{\circ}+x=360^{\circ}}

\longmapsto\tt{60^{\circ}+70^{\circ}+100^{\circ}+130^{\circ}=360^{\circ}}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{360^{\circ}=360^{\circ}}

⇒ In quadrilateral measure of three angles are equal and each angle is 95°

⇒ Let measure of its fourth angle be x.

We know that sum of all angles in quadrilateral is 360°

∴ 95°+95°+95°+x=360

⇒ 285°+x=360°

⇒ x=360°−285°

⇒ x=75°

Then the measure of fourth angle is 75°
