the measure of two adjacent angles of a parallelogram are in the ratio 2:3,find the measure of each of the parallelogram.

Answer:

Let the value of two adjacent angle of a parallelogram  be 2x and 3x

then the ratio is 2x : 3x

As we know that sum of adjacent angles of parallelogram is 180

Therefore,

⇒ 2x +3x = 180

⇒ 5x = 180

⇒ x = 180/5

⇒ x = 36

As x = 36

Then , 2x = 2( 36 ) = 72

           3x = 3( 36 ) = 108

As opposite angles of parallelogram are congurent  

Therfore ,

Angle A = Angle C = 72

Angle B = Angle D = 108
