p=13+13+10=36. and S would be = 18

area would be

$\sqrt{18(18-13)(18-13)(18-10)}$

$\sqrt{18(5)(5)(8)}$

$\sqrt{(2×3×3)(5)(5)(2×2×2)}$

$=2×2×3×5$

$=60cm^2$

so the area is $60cm^2$

and we have to find the altitude with the base of 10 cm

so the altitude would be 'x' and equation would be

$60cm^2 = 10cm × x$

$x = \frac{60cm^2}{10cm}$

$x = 6 cm$

so the altitude is 6 cm
