Given :-

Ratio between the angles of a triangle is 2 : 6 : 7

Let the angles be 2x, 6x and 7x respectively.

We know that,

Sum of all three interior angles of a triangle = 180°

So we can write,

➡ 2x + 6x + 7x = 180°

➡ 15x = 180°

➡ x = 180/15

➡ x = 12°

Hence, All the three interior angles of the triangle are :-

  • 2x = 2 × 12 = 24°

  • 6x = 6 × 12 = 72°

  • 7x = 7 × 12 = 84°

VERIFICATION :-

= 24° + 72° + 84°

= 180°

HENCE VERIFIED!

\huge\text{Solution}

Given:

The measures of angle of a triangle are in the ratio 2: 6: 7.

To Find:

Find their measures in degree.

Answer:

\bf = 2x + 6x + 7x = 180° \\ \bf = 15x = 180° \\ \bf = x = \frac{180}{15} \\ \bf = x = 12

So,

\bf = 2x = 2 \times 12 = 24° \\ \bf = 6x = 6 \times 12 = 72 \\ \bf = 7x = 7 \times 12 = 84

Verification:

To check my answer:-

\sf = 24° + 72° + 58° \\ \bf = 180°

Calculating all the answer we got 180°

Therefore..proved !
