Measure of other angle

The traingle has three sides and three angles. The most important property of a triangle is that “The sum of all three angles of a triangle is always equal to 180 degrees.” This property is called angle sum property of triangle.

Here, we are given with two measures of angles of triangle, and we are supposed to find out the measure of remaining angle.

Let's suppose that, x be the measure of remaining angle.

After assuming we have three angles. So by using the angle sum property of triangle we easily get our measure of remaining angle.

By using the angle sum property of triangle and substituting all the available angles, we get:

\implies 30 + 40 + x = 180 \\  \\ \implies 70 + x = 180 \\  \\ \implies x = 180 - 70 \\  \\ \implies \boxed{x =  {110}^{ \circ}}

We were assumed previously that, x be the measure of remaining angle. Now we got the value of x is {110}^{ \circ}.

Thus, the measure of remaining angle is 110°.

Answer:

\underline{\purple{\ddot{\MasterRohith}}}

Given:-

  • The measures of angles of a triangle are 30 degree and 40 degree.

To find :-

  • What is the measure of remaining angle .

Explanation :-

  • Here we know that one property

  • (Sum of all three angles of a triangle is equal to 180 degree).

  1. Consider x be the remaining measure of angle .

According to the that property,

  • 30+40+x= 180 (all three angles are equal to 180 degree)
  • 30+40+x=180
  • 70 + x= 180
  • x =180-70
  • x =110 degree.

Therefore ,

  • The measure of remaining angle is x= 110 degree.

Hope it helps u mate .

Thank you .
