Given:-

  • Measure of two adjacent angles of parallelogram are in ratio of 5:4.

To find:-

  • Measure of each angles of parallelogram.

Solution:-

Let, One angle be 5x

And second angle be 4x.

We know that,

Sum of two adjacent angles of parallelogram is 180°.

So,

➝ 5x + 4x = 180°

➝ 9x = 180°

➝ x = 180°/9

x = 20°

5x = 5×20 = 100°

4x = 4×20 = 80°

We also know that,

Opposite angles of parallelogram are equal.

So,

Angle opposite to 100° is also 100°.

Similarly,

Angle opposite to 80° is also 80°.

Therefore,

Angles of parallelogram are 100°, 80°, 100° and 80°.

Answer:

angle a =100, angle b = 80, angle c = 100And d =8p

Step-by-step explanation:

let the adjacent angle be 5x and 4x

sum of two adjacent angle =180

5x+4x = 180

9x=180

x=180/9

x=20

5×20=100

4×20=80

so angle a =100 and angle b= 80

angle a=angle c opposite side rqual

angle b=angle d
