$Median = \frac{\frac{n}{2} \text{th terms}+(\frac{n}{2}+1)\text{th term}}{2}\\Median = \frac{\frac{10}{2} \text{th terms}+(\frac{10}{2}+1)\text{th term}}{2}\\Median = \frac{5 \text{th terms}+6\text{th term}}{2}\\Median = \frac{x+2+x+4}{2}$

We are given that the median is 24

So,$\frac{x+2+x+4}{2} =24$

2x+6=48

2x=42

x=21
