First find out the two middle numbers- you can do this either by counting or by following a method:

In this case I am doing it by method-

The total no. of data is =8

• the 1st middle no.= n/2 th no.= 8/2 th no. = 4th no.

the 4th no. is =12

• the 2nd middle no.= (n/2)+1 th no. = (8/2)+1 th no.= 5th no.

the 5th no.is = 14

▪︎ the average of the two middle nos. = (12+14)/2

= 26/2 = 13

● The median of the given numbers = 13.
