total number of 9 is odd number we know that odd number median formula

$(\frac{n + 1}{2} )nth \: term$

$( \frac{9 + 1}{2} )nth \: term$

$( \frac{10}{2} )nth \: term$

$5th \: term$

$x + 2$

given median value is 24 इसी लिए जो answer aaya है उसके equal लिखते है

$(x + 2) = 24$

$x = 24 - 2 = 22$

$x = 22$
