The medium through which sound should have three charecteristics,on of them is that the medium should be frictionless. we also know that sound travels fastest through solids but then solids have friction in them,so how can u say that sound travels fastest through solids

friction is something that opposes relative motion of a particle. sound is a form of wave and hence is not stopped or opposed by any frictional force!!
