The melting of Greenland ice sheets pose the danger to the survival of polar animals.

Necessity of Polar animals for survival:

  • Polar animals consisting of arctic wolf, polar bears etc. lives in polar areas like poles of Antarctica and Artic region.
  • Some unique traits of those locations and animals allows them of their survival in the freezing temperature .These traits are oliy skin, skin blanketed with thick layer of fur etc..
  • For example: polar bears usually consumes seals and they need platform of sea ice to seek their prey.

Hence, if ice sheet poses a danger, it'll bring about lack of habitation and eating habits of animals residing there.
