The melting point of two solida x and y are 300k and 400k respectively which has more intermolecular forces

x has more intermolecular force between the particles of substance

x has more intermoleculer force.and it's melting point is 300 k beacause of it only as it will start melting soon if it have less intermoleculer spacs than y whose melting point is 400 k
