In menstruation, the soft lining of the uterus breaks apart.
If the egg cell is not fertilized, the lining of the uterus breaks down around 14 days
Uterus lining passes out of the vagina along with some blood.
Egg cell moves along the oviduct towards the uterus.
The uterus can feed the fertilized cell. Pregnancy occurs.
after ovulation.
The cycle stops if a woman becomes pregnant.
An egg cell starts to mature in the ovaries.
The soft lining of the uterus starts to build up.
If an egg cell meets a sperm cell, fertilization occurs.
Ovulation (release of an egg) occurs around day 14 of the cycle.
