The cat and the mice

Once upon a time there lived a cat and some mice. The mice were very afraid of the cat as she would hunt them for her meals. One day the mice hold a meeting and discussed how to stay safe from the cat. They thought about it but nobody got an idea, then a mouse named Jerry proposed an idea to tie a ring around the cat's neck so that whenever she came close to them they could hear the noise of the bell and hide from the cat. It was a nice idea but then a mouse asked who would tie the bell around the cat. No mouse stood up to do so, being scared of the cat. Then the cat came running towards them and all the mice run away.
