The reasons are given below:
- The middle class couldn't manage the cost of being out of employment and out of administration.
- The private offices were too costly to even consider affording.
- The kids were sent to government schools, the lawyers went to government courts.
- They re directed to their old set.
In this way, the middle classes made the development moderate.
