The middle digit of a number between 100 and 1000 is zero and the sum of the oth:
digit is 13. If the digits are reversed, the number so formed exceeds the original
number by 495. Find the number.​

Nice Question

let the number be 100x+10y+z

since middle one is zero means y = 0

after changing digits = 100z +x

A/q,

now,

100z+x -100x-z = 495

99(z-x) = 495

z-x = 5

and given z+x = 13

so z= 9, x = 4

number is :- 409 (Ans)
