ATQ , the mid point b/w y and 33 is -7

we know the midpoint between any 2 nos. suppose a and b is (a+b) ÷ 2

Therefore

(y + 33 ) ÷ 2 = - 7

y + 33 = (-7)(2)

y + 33 = (-14)

y = - 14 - 33

y = (-47)

Hence the value of y is (-47)
