let the other end point be (h, k)

midpoint =(-5,2)

 \frac{h + ( - 9)}{2}  =  - 5 \\ h =  - 1 \\  \\  \frac{k  - 6}{2}  = 2 \\ k = 10

end point =(-1,10)
