yes it is rightly said that the minerals do not belong to any particular person rather they belong to all people because minerals are the natural gift of god which is given to all people in the earth not only a particular person can use it but it is a right of all person in the earth to use it .minerals are not a property of particular person but the property of each and every person present in our planet so we should not have any person in the name of rich and poor because minerals are the natural gift of god which is given to every people
