Since (2, -5) lies on the second quadrant, the mirror image with respect to the y-axis must lie on the first quadrant. In first quadrant, the y-coordinate of any point (x, y) is positive.

 Here the mirror image is ( 2, 5).

Answer:  (-2,-5)

(2,-5) is present in 4th quadrant and if we mirror on the y axis we get the 3rd quadrant.

We know that in 3rd quadrant x  and y are negative .

Hence mirror of (2,-5) will be(-2,-5)
