Your Answer is CONVEX MIRROR .

Convex mirror always forms virtual and smaller images this is because of their reflecting surface.

Reflecting surface of Convex mirror is bulged out due to which when rays of light strikes the surface it gets diverged and appears that rays are coming from behind the mirror.

since , rays do not intersect actually hence it forms virtual image.

There are two situations in the formation of images in Convex mirror.

i) When object is placed at Infinity , a virtual , erect and point sized image is formed at focus.

ii) when object is placed anywhere between pole and Infinity , a virtual, erect and diminished sized image is formed between pole and focus .
