the problems of the people before the Assembly. The minister of the concerned
department has to make enquiries and find suitable solutions. The ministers and the
cabinet, including the Chief Minister, are answerable to the Assembly - that is, they
have to answer any questions raised by a member with regard to their work. If the
ansewr is not satisfactory, the members may force the concerned minister to resign.
