The mode of the following frequency distribution is 55. Find the values of x and y

Mode = l + F1 - F0/2F1 - F0-F2 * h            
=> 55 = 45 + 15-y/2*15-y-10 * 15
=>55=45 + 15-y/20-y * 15
=>10=15(15-y)/20-y)
=> 10= 225-15y/20-y
= > 200-10y=225-15y = >5y=25 = >y=5.
Now , given that Total = 51.
so,  6 +7 +y +15+10+x=51
=> 6+7+5+15+10+x=51 => x = 51- 43 = 8 .

So, x= 8 and y=5.
