ANSWER

The answer is behind the kinetic theory of gases which tells that particles of gases are in random motion which collides to each other and walls of container.

now the collision is elastic in nature so there is no loss of energy and these particles always are in random motion.

kinetic energy of these particles is a function of only temperature.
