Explanation

Mass of ammonia = 6.8g

Molar mass of ammonia = 17 g/mole

Moles of NH3 = given mass of NH3/

Molar mass of NH3

= 6 /17.031

The balanced chemical reaction is,

4NH3 + 502-> 4NO + 6H2O

According to stoichiometric :

4 Moles of ammonia react with 5 Moles of oxygen

0.4 Moles of ammonia react with = 5/4× 0.4 = 0.5 Moles of oxygen

Thus correct answer is 0.5 Moles of oxygen.

Hope it will help you!
