V=M/m=10/5=2ms-1

KE initial=1/2mv²=10j

F=ma

2=5a

a=0.4ms-²

V=u+at=2+0.4x5=4ms-¹

KE final=1/2mv²=40J

change in KE=40-10=30J

i hope it will be helpful
