The momentum of a body of mass 5 kg is 500Ns. find its kinetic energy

• In the question it is given that,

•mass ( m )= 5 kg

•momentum (p) = 500 Ns.

• Kinetic energy = ???

we know that the relationship between K. E and momentum is,

k.e \:  \:  =  \frac{ {p}^{2} }{2m}

therefore,

k .e \:  \:  =  \frac{500 \times 500}{2 \times 5}

therefore,

K. E = 25000 joules
