       A : B = 9 : 7

And,

         B : C = 3 : 2

So, we need to equalise B --

   Therefore,

         A/B = 9/7 ( multiple 3 with 9/7)

                = 27/21

    And,

          B/C = 3/2 (multiple 7 with 3/2)

                 = 21/14

   Now,

          A : B : C = 27 : 21 : 14

     Let,

          A = 27x

          B = 21x

          C = 14x

A/q,

    10% of A - 15% of B = 27

    => 27x  10/100 - 14x  15/100 = 27

    => 27x /10 - 21x /10 = 27

    => 27x - 21x /10 = 27

    => 6x = 270

    =>x = 270/6

    =>x = 45

    Therefore,

                    B = 21x

                       = ₹ 945
