To find the monthly income of W we have to first find how much is the savings in the monthly income. So, the the part of monthly income going in savings is = Monthly income - Expenditure = Savings

-> 3x - 2x = Rs. 600

-> x = Rs. 600.

So, the 1 part of the salary is savings. So, by this we can easily find the monthly income and expenditure. The monthly income is -

Rs. 600 × 3 = Rs. 1800

And the expenditure is

Rs. 600 × 2 = Rs. 1200
