Answer: ₹ 8,000 is saved by the man for future plans.

Explanation:

Money spent on education= 10% × ₹ 20,000

= ₹ 2,000

Money spent on food= 20% × ₹ 20,000

= ₹ 4,000

Money paid on home loan= 30% × ₹ 20,000

= ₹ 6,000

Total Money spent= ₹ (2,000+4,000+6,000)

= ₹ 12,000

Therefore, Money saved by the man for future plans= ₹ (20,000–12,000)

= ₹ 8,000
