Shylock appears in a happy mood because his bond was going to be fulfilled by the court in which he is demanding a pound of flesh from Antonio's body as by this way only he could take all his revenge at once He was happy as Antonio had become bankrupt and now he will not be able to payback the money and he was also wishing for this as he feels happy to have a pound of flesh from Antonio's body which have no use to but it pleases him.
