The moon does not have any light of its own and is a non-luminous object. How then can we see it

because as earth rotates around the sun like that only moon rotates around earth on half part of earth there is night and half part day when there is night the suns light reflect through the earth's edges ( solar eclipse) and falls on moon. thus by taking light of sun moon reflects light to us at night
