the moons gravity is very low but in the time of tide why the moon pull all water and wind from the earth?

The Moon's gravity pulls on Earth's oceans and distorts them, causing tides. The water on the side of Earth closest to the Moon experiences the biggest pull, and bulges outward. The water on the opposite side also bulges, and the two bulges follow the Moon's motion and Earth's rotation.

although the moon's garvity is 1/6 times earth's garvity.
First of all the moon doesn't pull.
it preesurise the end's water and their net effect is elevation (bulging) of the water which is near to moon.hence causing high tide.
the moon's garvity is 2.2 times as of the sun's .
and when sun and the moon are in parallel then they enhances this effect causing spring tides.
