Yes this is abosutly true,"The more we communicate,the less we say."as the more we listen,the more we understand the world,the more knowledge we possess.It has been rightly said,"The more we listen,the lesser we speak".This clearly explain that silence is more important than speaking to get maximum experience and knowledge out of a situation.This also keeps us calm.This also helps us to learn and learn through out our life.

It depends to whom we talk and the circumstances of the communication For example as more as I was talking to my cousin or mother our bond and communication became stronger  but on other hand as more as I talk to other people the communication became less.
