the important river port of Champa was in the kingdom of anger. this help me that two floors as a Trade centre the important river port of Champa was in the kingdom of trade

Nearness to rivers=many rivers such as the Ganga and Son flowed through magadha ,which made soil fertile.and it also helped in transportation and trade profit from trade helped magadha to maintain a large army .

Iron and copper= Magadha had a large deposit of iron. Iron was used to make agricultural implements and tool. weapons made of copper and iron made the army stronger.

Thick forests=Thick forests produced timber which was used for constructing forts ,carts , chariot etc .

Natural barrier=The old capital of rajagriha (present day Rajgir in Bihar )was surrounded by hills on all sides, which acted as natural barriers. the new capital of Patliputra (present day Patna) was situated along the Ganga, which also act as a natural barrier against any attack.

Powerful ruler =his marriage alliances helped him in acquiring new areas as dowry and also maintaining friendly relationships. through military power he conquered important kingdoms such as anga (modern-day Bhagalpur in Bihar), the important river port of Champa was in the kingdom of anga. this helped to flourish as a Trade centre.

if you think it's too long you can write only about power ful rulers as in my notebook there is only about powerful rulers because it's main.... otherwise you can understand full and write by your own ..
