Generally for stability of free radical this is the order 3°>2°>1°,but when a free radical is resonance stabilised then it is more stable than the 3° free radical.And do you know which free radical is even more stable than the resonance stabilised one?The free radical which is in dancing resonance or which forms tau bond.The first structure shown in the figure is the one forming tau bond and hence is most stable.
