It is difficult to see calculate the slope without the millimeter grid on the graph. Assume that units for velocity are m/s.

Draw vertical lines at t=2, 4 and 6 sec. From the points of intersections, draw horizontal lines onto y axis.

Still using a scale I find that at t=2s, v=4.5m/s...
At t=6s, v=13.5s... At t=0s, v=0.
Slope of v-t graph = a = acceleration.
a = (13.5-0)/(6-0)= 2.25 m/s.

Force = m a = 5*2.25= 11.25 N

Change in momentum in 2 sec. = m(v2- v1)
= 5 (4.5 - 0) = 22.5 kg-m/s
