Rocket propel in a direction by ejecting fuel exhaust, at a high speed, in the opposite direction.

The net linear momentum is conserved in absence of any external force in that direction. Also force by rocket engine on exhaust causes equal and opposite thrust on the rocket in the opposite direction.

So conservation of linear momentum and Newton's third law are illustrated through working principle of propulsion of rockets.
