speed =60km/h

then we Know , Speed =Distance/time

So ,. Time = Distance/Speed

Time. = 150/60h

=2.5h =2h 30min

Starting time 11:30am

Then He takes Rest on the way for 45min

Adding total Time Taking 2h 30 min +45min =3h 15 min

Then Distination time Is 2:45pm
