Two movements which are not under our control: Heart and eyelids.

OR

We know different kinds of muscles like
smooth muscles, cardiac muscles, and skeletal muscles.

of course we know that , we can only voluntarily control the skeletal muscles.....


From these muscles ,we do not have control over smooth muscles and cardiac muscles and they work without our conscious effort.

Some examples of smooth muscles are the ones in our digestive system, that relax and tighten to control the movement of food through our body.....


Cardiac muscles form our heart and work without conscious effort from the body.....

Some movements are not under the control of our will. These actions are called involuntary actions. These are caused by the involuntary muscles in our body. These muscles are called cardiac muscles.

Example: The best example for that is the movement of our heart. Our heart is made up of cardiac muscles.

Another example is the peristaltic movement of our alimentary canal or food pipe.
