MP of 5 kg rice is 120/-

cp \: of \: 5kg \: rice \: packet \:  =  \\ (120  - 10(spoon)) - 10\%profit
120 - 10 = 110
10% of 110 is
 \frac{10}{100}  \times 110 \\  = 11
cost of rice packet =120- (spoon price + profit %)

= 120 - (10+11)
= 99/-
