in real, yes sometimes the multi-part system appears very Messy and needs to political instability this is because of the differences in the opinion of the representatives of the political parties .
sometimes it may create conflict between the people this is the result of the opposing opinion of the people...
to overcome this Messines political leader should consult all the activities to all the people. all people of the parties whether it is follower or a leader should have right to express their views...

The government formed is through coalition, which in itself is unstable and may be the cause of breaking up of the government formed.
