I think the narrator wants to say that life is limitless,it really has no limits or any sort of boundary,that means you can do anything until you have life.

Our environment is devided into geographical differences in different forms similarly humans are also devided according to their region or languages, but they all possess a same human heart and mind. So the author say that life has no geographical bounds.
