okay so basically you just have to elaborate on the fact that he cares so much about his one dollar, that he says that he will try and forget but he will always carry the recollection of it to the grave. He further says, that he wants to start a movement, for returning all these odd dollars because 'all the greatest nations were built on the rock basis of absolute honesty', this further adds to the humor.
